A useful follow-up connects to the buyer’s decision. It reminds the buyer of what mattered, offers something relevant and asks for a specific next step.
Return to the last useful conversation
Before writing an email or WhatsApp message, note the customer’s concern, what you promised and what still needs an answer. Offer something that helps the customer decide.
Make the message easy to answer
Try: “You said you were worried about how long setup would take. Would a sample schedule help?” Change the wording to match what the customer actually said.
Agree the next contact
If the buyer replies, agree what you will send or discuss and when. If they say no or ask you to stop, respect that answer. Repeated reminders without new relevance are unlikely to improve the conversation.
