Participant cancellations
Public-course bookings are non-refundable if you cancel, subject to the applicable legal rights below.
Rescheduling your booking
You may transfer your booking once to an available session of the same course. Your request must reach us at least 14 calendar days before the original course starts, using Malaysian time. The replacement session must take place within six months of the original course date, subject to availability.
Late requests and non-attendance
Rescheduling requests received fewer than 14 calendar days before the original course starts, and non-attendance, result in forfeiture of the booking, with no refund or transfer under this policy. The academy may allow a rescheduling exception for a documented emergency at its discretion. Exceptions are not automatic.
If the academy cancels or changes the course date
Your booking will be rescheduled to a replacement session of the same course. We offer rescheduling only, subject to the applicable legal rights below. If no replacement session is available within six months of the original course date, your booking remains valid until the next available session of the same course.
How to request a change
Email admin@abundant-impact.com or contact us on WhatsApp at +60 18-471 5888. Include the participant’s name, course and original course date, booking reference if available, and the replacement session you wish to attend.

Your legal rights
These terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Malaysian law, including any right to a refund required by law.
